What patients say on Google
“The Richland clinic is terrible. Took my daughter today. Her copay is zero at a dr office. The front desk lady said it was 50 I said no look at her card. She said no. She was going off an old one. I said what's the policy number. I said wrong. She refused. And the nurse was going along with her. Why was the nurse at the front. That's not very professional. That's why they have a big ole sign saying we take walk ins. Because it's an absolute terrible clinic. The front desk lady is running everyone off. She always wants $50. So go next door or MEA. They seen her. Said her copay was zero and they were amazed how we were treated. Good luck. Don't go there if you don't have $50. 🙏🏻”
“I saw a NP different than my normal today and I think she’s in the wrong field her attitude is unfriendly and she appears very sarcastic, and then to call my prescriptions in to the wrong location is just horrible‼️”
“Boy, was I fooled by this office!!!! Good luck ever getting a call back regarding anything! It doesn’t even matter if it’s a medication side effect issue or wondering why in the world another sleep study has been ordered for you with ZERO communication. I have been calling for 3 weeks now!!!!!!! For sure left 5+ messages by now. I wouldn’t send my dog or cat here at this point. I truly think it’s a staff issue; not the doctors necessarily. However, don’t go. Save your money and find somewhere else.”
“I'm always pleased with the staff at this Merit Health Office. From the receptionist to the lab members and the NPs each person shows care and concern for the individual being seen & treated. It took a very long time to find them and I'm thankful everyday for the entire group. They Are True Blessings ... Sunny Granger”
