“Great staff overall—everyone was professional and welcoming! But Nurse Kyria really stood out. She was very mannerly, respectful, and carried herself with such a calm, gentle presence. She is honestly really, really drop-dead gorgeous—she truly took my breath away and definitely won my heart! If I could come in every week just to see her, I absolutely would. Overall great staff.”
“Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with a healthcare facility. I dealt with the rude staff, no call backs, 3 hour wait times for a few years because Kim Gross is lovely. She is a wonderful provider. After the past MONTH AND A HALF waiting to get an answer regarding medication, calling over and over again feeling like I am talking to a wall... I am going to have to give up. Judging by the previous reviews I am not the only one who has this issue. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.”
“I am active duty military, and sometimes have difficulty getting service from civilian doctors because of my unique situation. Since I am not currently stationed at an actual military post, they have assigned me to this doctor. I have nothing bad to say about this place. They are always polite and professional. My doctor sees me as soon as he is able and always provides me with appropriate care. Highly recommended.”
