How likely are you to recommend Meridian Psychiatric Partners, LLC?
What patients say on Google
“I rarely post such reviews, but Meridian deserves this exception. I have been a patient for over twenty years under the same MD psychiatrist and PhD therapist for a reason— they think outside of the box and have strategized helping me with some fairly substantial life challenges. Meridian has similarly helped family members (different practitioners, same practice) and we are incredibly grateful for, and indebted to, the work of this team. I wholeheartedly recommend Meridian without hesitation or qualification(s).”
“I scheduled an appointment on May 1st aiming to see Dr Traci D'Almeida on June 4th - a really long wait time but I decided to wait because had great references on the doctor. To my surprise, no one showed up at the appointment, and when I call front desk they told me the appointment had been cancelled on June 1st. I was never contacted about cancellation or rescheduling - no text messages, no voice mail, no email. I was even in communication with the clinic about sending out my documentation on June 2nd and June 3rd, and nothing was mentioned about any cancellations. This to me shows that neither Dr D'Almeida nor Meridian care about patient well-being and are willing to leave us without treatment because of their lack of organization. Oh and of course, Dr D'Almeida doesn't have appointments in the near future... So really the response from Meridian is: best of luck! No additional time slots offered for any patients impacted by rescheduling. If you can avoid, don't use Meridian services as your health is not their priority there.”
“So pleased to have found this practice. They came highly recommended by other members of my team. Everyone I’ve worked with has been very professional, supportive, and helpful. I hope you give them a try for yourself, it was certainly the right decision for me. I have had such a positive experience, and felt compelled to write something after seeing some older reviews. I’ve recommended Meridian to others and will continue to do so.”
“I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible communication, zero professionalism and a complete lack of respect for patient's time. I waited over a month for my first appointment with Christine Pulido, MD. I recently received my school schedule which conflicted with my existing apointment. I called to see if it would be possible to shift my apointment time so I could attend my class, my call went unanswered so I left a voicemail. The office staff canceled my apointment and never told me about it. I notified my professor that I would be missing class for a medical apointment. I arrived today for my first session and was informed that it had been canceled without my notification or consent. They offered to reschedule me in a month... I am now out the over $1k that each class I miss costs me and have no psychiatric support. This office is unprofessional and should be embarassed to call themselves doctors. This level of patient care is simply inexcusable.”
