“This hospital is not professional at all. My husband went in to get help but came out beaten, traumatized and bruised with opened wounds infections. When he was taken in I called to ask if he was there they told me they couldn't give me that information. If it wasn't for my husband screaming get your hands off of me, I didn't do anything wrong I wouldn't have known he was there. My husband got treated very poorly. Who goes in to get help? Comes out traumatized, bruised with open wounds and infections all over their bodies. My husband has called numerous of times to talk to someone. They will not return his phone calls. You tell me how professional is that? We need justice for my husband or some accountability for their actions. Today my husband wakes up with nightmares being beat up, sedated, and locked down to a bed. When is this going to stop? I would not let my dog go to this hospital. Please if anybody could help us please reach out to me. We won't stop till my husband gets the justice he deserves. If this has happened to anybody else? I think about class action lawsuit is perfectly justified. My husband is so traumatized he wants me to say his name so people that are scared will do the same. Jeremy Thaxton”

“This is a horrible place! Don't let loved ones go here! The whole staff lie constantly about care and cover themselves and each other. Terrible hygiene for patients, the staff are only there for a paycheck. They will ruin anything they can for someone to get real help. Good luck being a guardian and getting any kind of answers or help about a loved one.This place should be shut down!! Above all, DO NOT LET ANYONE WITH A DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY GO HERE!! VERY POOR CARE! My son went a whole week without a bowel movement and a shower! The social worker told me that he refused! Lie! He loves to get cleaned up. He told me he was “smelly” and didn’t like it. I called and asked 3 times for them to shower him & about his bowels. Instead of listening to me, they asked him! Who isn’t able to answer questions accurately! So they wouldn’t help him until I went to administration! Worst place I have ever been to. And absolutely no help for mental illness whatsoever.”

“I don’t know why people complain about this place. If they only knew what kind of places they had back then for people like us I think they would change their mind. I think the staff is wonderful both my kids have been there. They both made it through and thought it was an experience that they had to go through, but they’ve learned through it and grew through it. I’ve been there you get to choose what you wanna eat for dinner lunch and breakfast there’s always coffee and juice and snacks like people expect What is a hospital? You’re there to get better not to socialize not to smoke in the bathroom not to play on your phone. You’re there to get your head on straight and that’s what they do.”

“I was put on the top floor here under false allegations but from the start nothing but love and understanding and honestly beat the three days I spent in the er under pink slip. I really thought I was going to be looked at like a liar like the local er looked at it. I have nor will ever have any thoughts of hurting myself but if you do and you're reading this go here! Im more then an hour away and would drive here to get help! Any of the nurses or doctors reading this i hold the reward of the fastest turn around lol! I think I got there about 1130am by 345pm i was free. Again to the staff on shift yall were amazing! I feel guilty for not catching my nurses name but im pretty sure her nick name was smiley ! From the start of talking to you i knew I had a chance to plead my case and know I wasn't being looked down on or called a liar. Unfortunately we had to meet like this but I hope nothing but happy and peace and maybe winning the lotto in your future ! -scott (:”
