“Mercy Behavioral Hospital is a very good place, I am related to someone who go’s and from their experience that I was told, I 100% recommend this place the workers is very nice and positive, so is the manager. They aren’t really that strict and will make sure the patient is doing just fine. I’ve never been a patient here but from what I’ve been told this place is an amazing behavioral hospital.”

“I started working for Mercy about a month ago as a Mental Health Tech (MHT), and I assure anyone who has a loved one, or have had to come stay with us that things are changing big time there. It's a place for recovery and healing from all sorts of life's obstacles. I see the 1 review that's been posted is terrible and for good reason I'm sure. We're trying to build a team of compassionate, patient, and outgoing staff members who know what these hard times can be like. I work nights, 7pm to 7am. Any patient there I promise will say nothing but great things about me and the rest of my shift. All I can say about the other crews that work the other night and the day shifts is that things are not going unnoticed or not being handled. I'm sorry for the woman who had the bad experience at the hospital, I hope you believe things are changing. I personally will stay active on the matter.”

“The place was FILTHY & HALF the staff had no CLUE as to the unconditional positive regard PROFFESSIONALS are supposed to towards “residents”! ALso, they be GREEDY & only do the bare minimum they fell they HAVE to for peeps SUFFERING in crisis, like “us”!”

“Place is dirty and never properly cleaned. They don’t invest into the patients and treat the employees like they don’t matter. CEO does not care about patient or employee concerns”
