What patients say on Google

“Was seen two weeks ago after experiencing symptoms of concern and was treated decently, at best. The staff was generally friendly, the place is clean and I received relatively quick attention. The doctor seemed slightly dismissive and uninterested, but the tests I received didn't show signs of distress, so I left happy. Since the first visit, I'm still experiencing symptoms. One week ago, I used their portal to connect with the scheduling department. A woman called and found me a primary care doctor and put me on a waiting list, but my appointment isn't until September 10th. My symptoms have not improved, so I called Teledoc. The doctor listened to my concerns, noticed something that could be causing the problem and told me to go to urgent care, have them run a test and put me back on a prescription that I had stopped. He said if they couldn't, then to go to the hospital because they would be able to. Urgent care recommended returning to MACC. Upon arriving, the lady at the desk was friendly. I was taken back to a room quickly. Three women came in. One was asking me questions, one threw on a blood pressure cuff and I believe the third was about to place an IV, but gave the question-taker "a look" when she saw my arm and heard me mention the prescription refill. Do I still have bruising and a puncture mark from my last visit? Yes. Am I an intravenous drug user? No. Was I immediately treated like I was only there for prescription medications? Hell yes. These three women literally dropped what they were doing and left the room. I sat there in shock until the intake lady came in and I told her what happened. She was nice, soon left, and the doctor from the original visit came in. She remembered me and was completely dismissive of my ongoing problems. She said I needed to discuss them with primary care. I told her about the upcoming appointment, the Teledoc recommendation, my abnormal results from last time and that something was wrong. Again, I was treated like a drug seeker. She asked about my prescription and left the room. Five minutes later, the "a look" lady came in, handed me an after visit summary and told me they sent a prescription. No tests. No follow-up. No nothing. My after visit summary says: Reason for visit - Med refill. Diagnoses - Medication refill. My reason for the visit went beyond this. Let's hope I survive the time it takes to get into that scheduled appointment.”

“I just had the worst experience of my life. I waited 5 hours in the waiting room before getting called back. Shortly after I had a CT. Had to wait 2 hours for the results. Turns out I have several kidney stones. Nothing new, I've experienced this many times. Those who know will tell you about the shivers. Imagine that in a 67° waiting room for 5 hours. Long story short, I will NEVER go back to the MACC!”

“I was admitted yesterday may 22,2026 they tested me took xrays a d blood work. I was taken very good care of the entire staff. I have no bad words to say about the staff. They were excellent!”

“Welcoming staff, and nurses were great and kind, I understand times can be rough and things get busy so I empathise with them and they did a wonderful job. Only reason why my review is one star is due to the awful doctor who literally checked me for about a singular minute. I've seen MCDONALDS ADs with longer runtimes than how long that doctor saw me for. I Waited for the doctor for a hours while I was still in pain JUST to have my concerns dismissed and be told "Nothing was wrong with me" and "see your primary because they can treat you, theres not much I can do".”
