What patients say on Google
“Rachel Payne is one of the best mental health providers I've ever had. I came to her at my wits end, exhausted by bipolar cycles and about to give up. She listened, understood the severity, and worked with me without judgement. I tell everyone who needs a little help to check them out.”
“I sought help and found it here at Mercury Mental Health with Samuel Parmenter. By way of background, I had been experiencing severe symptoms of depression, including suicidal ideation, agoraphobia, and a general loss of interest in life. I have been under Samuel’s care for over a year, and I continue to be so. During this time, he has not only provided the highest level of professional care someone in my situation could hope for, but he has gone above and beyond. If I could give more than five stars for his work, I absolutely would. If you are reading my review and believe—just as I once did—that you may be suffering from depression without fully understanding it, and you are looking for professional help, this is the perfect place to start. Truly, a million thanks for being the person who guided me and provided me with the tools I needed at a critical moment in my mental health journey.”
“Sam changed my life by actually LISTENING to my mental health needs, making me feel heard, and took his time formulating a plan of healing that I was equally apart of. "How does this plan sound to you?" I've never had a provider ask me this until Sam did in our first appointment. I rarely leave reviews for any sort of business, and this review is not a review of a "business", but of a person. I truly can't say enough about my time in the 7 months I've been seeing Sam as my Psychiatrist. In no way is my mental health perfect now, but I feel safe being guided by Sam in my medication needs... I believe Sam was meant to be a psychiatrist. I'm forever grateful for the safe place he naturally provides during our appointments. I no longer feel alone in my mental health journey! Appreciate everything Sam!!”
“After a lifetime of practitioners who seem to want to just prescribe and move you through as quickly as possible, this office is a breath of fresh air. Samuel Parmenter is exceptionally good at listening, asking questions, and really taking in the whole picture. I feel better supported than I have in over 20 years.”
