It was canceled without any prior phone call or notification, despite the fact that I clearly stated I would pay in cash if my insurance could not be processed. I drove nearly an hour to attend this appointment, only to find out it had been canceled.Additionally, I was never informed that tax returns and other documentation would be required before scheduling. That information should have been clearly communicated in advance.Given that I had already shared that I struggle with depression and anger issues, this experience was especially distressing. Situations like this can be very triggering, and I would have expected a higher level of communication and consideration.”
