How likely are you to recommend Mental Health Solutions S.C.?
What patients say on Google
“Dr. Skenandore has been the most helpful psychiatrist I've ever had. His approach to treatment is a great mix of medication management and practical strategies. I feel like he listens and incorporates my feedback into my treatment. It's been very collaborative and a great experience. I've also never had a bad experience with the administrative staff as far as scheduling/canceling appointments or them getting back to me (whether by phone or through the portal).”
“I've been a patient here for over 20 years. Not only has the office work gone downhill, so has the prescription refill timing, the quality or just about everything, it's tough to get anyone on the phone. When you do, they're irritated about it. If you have questions, your prescriber will likely be out of town... in which case you'll have to deal with the on call folks.... they care only about the paycheck, i assure you.... Stear clear.. they used to care about patient. Not anymore”
“The providers are pretty good, but awful I mean awful customer service. They never call you back, will bill you for appointments you did not make and I was dropped by my doctor because she didn’t agree with a med as well as because I missed appointments. I only missed appointments because I was in the hospital and didn’t know I had an appointment, or had no way to cancel. After an apology I was denied to come back even though I had no one to manage my meds. This clinic completely left me in the dark. I do not recommend at all”
“My family hadn't seen our therapist in months. The therapist left and a new one was hired to take their place. I then received three separate calls to schedule an appoint. I did not return their calls and assumed that if I did not call that they would stop calling. Then today I received a text reminding me of an appointment that I did not not schedule or authorize. Basically, someone in that office scheduled an appoint with out me knowing. If I had not cancelled that appointment promptly, myself and my insurance would have been billed for that appointment. I don't know who is managing their office staff but they have a lot of work to do. They are unprofessional and I will not be returning in the future.”
