“I would give a 0 if i could. I was a patient on and off for about 10 years and it has been disappointing seeing this office go so far down hill. I loved it when I started with Kristine in 2012 and saw her until she was no longer there, after establishing with a new counselor and had seen her for a couple months, I was told my appointments would be canceled due to an outstanding balance I was never made aware and was confused by as my previous visits were covered of as it was never sent to the correct address. I was dropped as a patient and now almost 2 years later just got a call as the bill was sent to collections instead of sent to the correct address. Not worth the money and headache, go elsewhere if you can.”

“I've been going here for many years and have a great experience. The receptionists are kind, and the counselors are great! If you have issues "clicking" with your counselor, they are great at helping you find another. They really work with you and care about their clients. Highly recommended.”

“Would not recommend. Extremely unprofessional, office staff is rude. They will leave you in the waiting room and disappear with no one to check you in. I know there is a heavy need for mental health services in the north country but this is not the place to seek them out. The counselors conduct sessions unwell, questioning your feelings. “I attempted to get seen at this office because I had heard amazing things about one of the counselors here. However, that particular counselor only does group sessions now. I still knew I needed to be seen and was told that there was a wait list but I’d be added to that. A week or two passed without hearing from the office so I messaged them on FB and was told to be patient and they’d get back to me soon. Waited another week or so and called again. I was told I’d hear back in what was expected to be a couple of weeks. I couldn’t wait any longer to get an appointment and got into Holly Bender in Gouverneur within a week or two and she’s been amazing! I never took myself off the “waiting list” and it’s been several months so their their waiting list is either several months out or they just forget about those who call for appointments.”
