How likely are you to recommend Mental Health Cooperative?
What patients say on Google
“I'm usually not one to complain or leave a bad review, but this has gotten out of hand. Nobody ever answers the phone, no matter what time of the day. I've called everyday for 5 days and have yet to reach someone, it just keeps ringing. The people here treat you like a hassle rather than helping you. I'm actively looking for somewhere else because this has done nothing but add stress to my life.”
“Dr was nice but no individual therapy and two case managers never did anything with me. On wait list elsewhere. I'm a senior and I don't think we matter at many agencies. The supervisor never called”
“Terrible communication skills with their clients, DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY BE YOUR DISABILITY OR SSI REP PAYEE !!! they will NOT communicate with you on what paperwork need to be filled and turned in on time to keep your benefits. They will not inform you of changes in your payments and will leave you feeling helpless while you watch them go down. I had to call myself up to the ssi office and they recommended and referred me to other companies with better services for rep payee. Yall should be ashamed of how you treat disabled and mentally unwell patients :( very rude staff and very uneducated unprofessional”
“They do not do walk-ins and made in impossible for me to access the help I need with my specific retraumatization. I don't appreciate you telling me you can help me and then having me come in to direct me to numbers to set up an appointment and waste my time and further burden my mental health.”
