“Horrible Horrible services! Don't come here unless you want to keep hearing excuses n getting pushed away like you don't matter. Would give 0 stars if I could...mostly young people here n the front desk staff always laughing n talking about folks...Leslie at the front desk is very rude hung up on me just because I asked why is my appointment canceled.. place seem nice until a few months into getting services...therapist canceled last few appointments on the same day...changed care Managers 3 times because they cant do their job n always complaining about low pay n being overworked. Bathroom in main lobby be soo nasty...just wrong! Have not been seen in months n they don't care about your well being. My primary care even told me I deserve better care than this. DON'T RISK YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THIS PLACE!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! Was here less than a year and WON'T GO BACK!!! ONE OF THE MOST DEPRESSING PLACES TO GET SERVICES....MEMPHIS DO BETTER!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! WE MATTER!!!”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. Just received a phone call that they were canceling my child’s appointment which was scheduled for tomorrow at 1 PM due to the fact that the scheduler who apparently works in Nashville double booked to the provider. Their next appointment for my daughter is not available until mid January. Not only that, but I specifically had to inform my work that I would need to leave early and they are requiring a doctors note. Otherwise I face disciplinary action because I’m leaving work early. Now I won’t even have the Dr note I needed. So hopefully I don’t lose my job because someone who works in the scheduling office is incompetent and can’t read a calendar. Not to mention having to set up with my child’s school to pick her up early and they requested a note excusing her absence as well, which once again I won’t have! I got 4 notices via email confirming my daughter’s appt. Now her appointment is canceled with barely 24 hour notice and another appointment isn’t available for almost a month because the appt was double booked. Not a good first impression at all”

“Mental Health Cooperative is an incredible organization doing essential work in our communities. Their commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care is evident in everything they do. It’s clear that the staff are passionate, mission-driven, and deeply dedicated to improving the lives of those facing mental health challenges. The services they provide are truly life-changing, especially in areas where access to care is limited. Grateful that MHC is here and making such a positive impact!”

“Very friendly staff that cares. I have been to Alliance and Case Management, and I will choose Mental Health cooperative over both. There are a lot of options to visit with a therapist or case worker via video without having to come in. I'm glad I have them in my life and I hope they continue to grow around Memphis. Update: I lost my TennCare insurance and this company drop me like a bad habit. I ended up getting Cigna. When you get Cigna they ask you where all the places are you go to for care. When I told them this place was one of them, they said they are in network with this company. When I finally was able to use my new insurance Cigna I called this company to make an appointment and I was told that they only take Cigna for kids not adults. I really liked this place, and this was my home and I was actually on the right track going here. Not it's all messed up because I'm not a kid they have discriminated against me because I am not a kid. So now I have no therapy or medication at the moment. So what I wrote above at first I take it all back and I am no longer recommending people to come here.”
