“Beware. Sometimes we end up in places like this and look like we are jumping from one provider to another when in reality is all what the so called insurance can cover. We are told they have our back, they make it look good, next thing you know you end up with about 5 different case managers over the period of a couple of months, that should have been a red flag. The last one made a comment that made my youth feel uncomfortable and I brought up it to the supervisor's attention, she said, "I don't know, I wasn't there". This was a Friday, by Monday they said, your daughter is fine, she doesn't need services anymore. We'll guess what, she's not fine, she hasn't been fine. And I read the records and I'm not hyperfixated with the perpetrator, I'm a victim of trauma as well. You never had our back. I wasn't the client, I was asking for help. Aren't these places supposed to help you to heal? Instead they just become a part of the problem too, preventing families and youths from healing and getting some sense of normalcy, and have the nerve to tell you you're fine when you are experiencing self harm, SI and hallucinations, what a provider. After a whole year dealing with ER visits, in-patient services due to self harm and more, the kids were able to take a break from this person for a couple of weeks. Thanks to the interceptor that we do not choose however is assigned to us, after a hearing, the kids go back to see the perpetrator. And the youth has been twice in the ER in less than 5 days.”

“Medical malpractice. A patient with SEVERE Bipolar I mania was prescribed Wellbutrin during a manic episode after weeks of hospitalization. This clinic is a risk to it's patients and the general public. They are reckless, negligent, under qualified and not informed and puting the community at risk.”

“I love our doctor, however front desk does not answer. Currently on my 15th call today, simply because she does not answer. If I leave a message I won’t hear back. Two days ago they said they were sending my sons medication over… well it’s pick up day, they have not sent it over and will not answer the phone! Very frustrating, sad that I know when I’m calling I need to set a whole day aside just to ask for the nurse voicemail! At least make an option to leave the nurse a message!!”

“terrible. I went here for about 2 or 3 years. during that time, I was put on 5 different medications, none of them worked. I also had appointments canceled without my prior knowledge or consent, the doctor I talked to changed every time I came, and my case manager was changed 4 times, without my knowledge. One of my case shared private information with my guardian, another one hung up on me during a check in, my third one disappeared suddenly and I told my 4th one I was going to stop going to MHC. not worth it, at all”
