What patients say on Google

“I put in for a refill on my son’s meds last week. For some reason it needed a pa even though it was just a refill. It’s been a week since the pharmacy notified the drs of it and I can’t get ahold of the nurses or get a call back. And guess what? He’s now out of medication and will have a headache from not having it. Love his dr but the nurses have been an issue ever since they hired new people. Either hire new nurses or do something about it.”

“You’ll never find such a compassionate and impactful group of people. From the sweet front desk ladies that greet you, to the care managers that meet with you, there is not a bit of harshness or judgement behind those doors. MHC cares for people from all ages and backgrounds without discrimination. We’re very lucky to have such a great mental health resource in Cleveland”

“Do not bring your kids here unless you want non communication. I was told to call a week after my child started his medication to talk to his med Dr but all they do is take a message and claim they're going to call back but that never happens. It's been two weeks and multiple messages later and I'm done and over with this. I will be finding another provider as this one doesn't seem to provide.”

“I changed my original review as I have noticed some major improvements over time. Now everyone is friendly and personable, the front desk lady seems like she's much happier now (good for her!) than she was before. The care from the team has been fantastic and I love the nurse and Adam! I really do love this place and thank ya'll for the great experience and care, I feel very fortunate to be able to go here and receive such great care AND everyone being so nice, compassionate, and helpful.”
