How likely are you to recommend Mental Health Cooperative?
What patients say on Google
“Looks like my review from a few years ago was deleted! These people were the absolute worst. I had to wait a month, most of the time even longer, just to see my therapist. They had a thing where they started open visits on Friday sorry I’m not going to take off work and wait the whole day for a CHANCE to talk to my own therapist! She was the only one in office! I talked to my wonderful case worker every single week as I took what I could get as I had just gotten out of inpatient. but she made sure to leave the heavy things out. I officially stopped attending when I had gotten a new case worker which I was not aware of. This case worker CAME TO MY HOUSE without so much as a text or call and asked one of my family members that answered the door “is that your mother” which is incredibly inappropriate and absolutely none of her business. If she had even spoken to my last case manager she would have known I didn’t want any one from my home to know I was attending here. When I spoke with the manager I had to repeatedly tell her the words no, no, no when she kept pressuring me to stay there. To the point where I verbally said “I keep saying no that I want my case closed out and I don’t want attend here, and you keep trying to pressure me, I said no” I would STILL not recommend going here and the 2.3 stars makes so much sense. How they are still in business after so many bad experiences STILL is astonishing.”
“I want to express my deepest appreciation for Dr. Harris, my mental health psychologist, who has been absolutely extraordinary. She guided me through one of the most challenging periods of my life with patience, compassion, and a level of professionalism that truly stands out. Her support not only helped me regain stability, but also strengthened my confidence as I continue my journey in my military career. I am genuinely grateful for everything she has done. I also want to give a special shout-out to her amazing receptionist. She is always warm, organized, and incredibly supportive. She kept me informed every step of the way, made scheduling effortless, and made sure I was never left in the dark during difficult moments. Her kindness and dedication made every visit feel welcoming. Together, they make an incredible team — one that truly cares, truly listens, and truly helps. Highly recommended.”
“Discharged me without calling or anything because they dont take my new insurance . now im without my medication once again. You'd think a mental health place would be sure too make sure you've got your medications but this place is honestly terrible!”
“I’ve never seen a place like this. So terrible. They need to be reported for so many violations. You’re not supposed to let other people into therapy unless the patient asks or they are part of the session. Therapy sessions are private!! Do not go here!!!! It’s awful.”
