What patients say on Google

“Mending Stride Ranch is a great place to build self-confidence by being out in nature with horses. There are mustangs, mini-horses, and one donkey that help with equine therapy. Mending Stride Ranch has programs to build self-awareness to help work through traumatizing experiences using therapy horses. The therapy horses are amazing at what they do. I am very happy to have met Maria and her horses. If taking one of the offered classes isn't for you, you can volunteer at the ranch. A volunteer helps out in the morning or afternoon, consisting of cleaning out the barns, preparing hay bags, and cleaning up the tack room. I have been volunteering for several months, and it's totally worth it. You are outside in nature with horses. If this is what you like doing, volunteer.”

“Today was my first visit with Maria at Mending Strides Ranch, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. Maria immediately put me at ease, and her horses are calm, well-trained, and clearly cared for. The entire environment is peaceful and welcoming. If you’re looking for a therapeutic, grounding, or simply enjoyable experience, I highly recommend Mending Strides Ranch.”

“This place is amazing! Thank you for the meaningful work you do. This place is so needed. The information, approach, encouragement & support offered was a blessing. I would go every day if I could. It's amazing how the horses show you what areas you need to work on. Horses have a way of geting you in touch with feelings & the staff help you learn how to work through them. Highly recommend.”
