“had my first appt today. They were offended by me asking questions about payment. They wanted a payment method first which was uncommon in the town I came from, which is why I had questions. They proceeded to take all info, proceed with the appt, come up with a treatment plan, made the next appt, just for McCrae to call me back and said they wouldnt be a good fit since I didnt do the paperwork before the appt. The same paperwork I had questions about. Most of the people whp provide counseling are interns. Not actually qualifed right now. Was deeply unsatisfied with the way I was treated after the fact. Ally was nice, tho. I really liked the only appt I had with her as she was caring, compassionate, and easy to talk to. reply to their reply: why did she make another appt and a treatment plan then? you told me YOU, mccrae, were canceling the session she made an appt for. Also, she was the only one there the entire time we were there. She didnt say anything or make any action that even gave the impression she didnt like me as a patient. Whats weird is that you canceled on a patient for questioning things. You say you provide help but clearly, you dont want to. Please do not make me out to be lying as I brought someone and they were a witness. Questioning was clearly not okay because you canceled my appt.”

“Shortly after we left the office the owner called to say they weren’t a good fit. Why would you as a counseling company allow someone to open up about their struggles and give them hope of a treatment plan and another appointment and then drop them as a patient. I went to an appointment here with my friend. She had questions at the start of her session about payment and online paperwork, which were answered and the session continued. The therapist was kind and attentive and helped come up with a treatment plan and set up a second appointment.”
