“Never followed up with promised emails by social worker Veronica Mars. Went to local clinic three times, mend never sent bloodwork forms to get tested. Bryan French never emailed promised follow up resources after they refused to continue to help me because I was “ too much to handle”. Avoid this facility at all costs unless you want broken promises and failed treatments”

“*Massive edit* Warning! Its with an extremely heavy heart because I really enjoyed this place. That I must give it a one star review and warn others immensely about something that happened to me. I recorded every conversation I had with these individuals today and it's totally legal to do so in the state of Ohio if you are a participant in a conversation. Anyways, I was up in my emotions so to speak and my physician asked if I had any thoughts of harming myself or others, and I told her no. She then told me that she thought that I should go and get seen for some reason? Just because I was sad? I've never had that happen in my 30 years off and on of seeing anyone in the mental health care field. I told her that I didn't feel comfortable doing that. She then called the police and apparently told them that I was trying to kill myself....? That's what the self-proclaimed owner of Mend told me when she called me later on after I complained that they called the police on me... The owner said "well your therapist told me that you were trying to kill yourself for days". I never said anything of the sort and I recorded everything. I even recorded the owner because it's legal to do so. I have actual proof of illegal police falsifications by this business... as early 1900 as that sounds. I never thought that a medical professional would break the law and falsify a police report until today. . . You're supposed to be able to trust your doctors.”
