“It’s unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review. Dr. Mo refuses to keep you on the medication you have been on prior to even seeing her. I had an amazing doctor when I had different insurance then I had to get state insurance and couldn’t find another doctor close to help me. I had to go to her. I was on a certain strength of medication she would not prescribe me what I had been on and when I questioned her she accused me of wanting to sell my medication. She would only give me two weeks worth of medication and I would have to see her again. The entire year, year in a half I saw her every two weeks I would have to have a phone appointment. She would NEVER remember my appointments though. I have text messages showing I had to reach out every appointment reminding her it was my appointment day. The last time I texted her hours after my appointment was supposed to have happened, I expressed disappointment with having to always remind her to call me for appointments, she called me immediately after that text and when I answered the phone she was screaming at me. When we would finally speak on appointment day this is how the conversation went. “Hello, how are you. I am doing well thanks yourself? She would say she is good and then immediately say I’m going to call your meds in. Ok, have a good day and that was the end of the conversation In the beginning I would express my concern about not being on the dosage I was used to and she would up my antidepressants and refuse to even speak about my ADHD medication. I eventually found another doctor in BALTIMORE who is amazing. I have to travel 2 hours away to have an amazing psychiatrist. That takes state insurance. She treats everyone like a drug addict. **Edited to note how amazing Amy At the front desk is. She was so helpful and kind.”
