“Trying to get a prescription from a nurse that was on duty that was under Dr. Carmen. Chase was very, very difficult and it took three to four phone calls to finally get my prescription and at the end of the call I was upset but at the end of her speech she actually started laughing at me. I don't think that's very professional for a nurse to start laughing at a patient I enjoy the doctor that I see there on a regular basis. She is very pleasant and very professional, but the nurse that is there taking care of patients does not seem that she is very professional and to laugh at me at the end of my phone call and to call me right there at the end of the day when they were closing at 4:30. Not very professional whatsoever.”
