“Dr. Holenbrook came into my hospital room she was professional, engaging,friendly. When she entered my room she advised me I could not longer take Depakote for bipolar. It caused acute pancreatitis. She advised me that I no longer need to be on any psych medications. She stated that I unlearned a lot of unhealthy behaviors and trauma from childhood.As a result of it counseling has been very helpful. I’ve done alot of work on myself as well. I’ve been off Depakote for 30 days now. My mood is excellent. I’m managing my anxiety without medication. Dr. Holenbrook is a great psychiatrist and lady. She was very kind, and direct. She helped me a lot.”

“She canceled my first appt prior to the scheduled date. She had someone from her office call to tell me the Dr. couldnt work with me. When I asked why, she stated "I wasn't a good fit". I I was told it is because I am a 2 time breast cancer survivor and she isn't an oncology psychiatrist. Hmmm I'm still trying to process that. I've never been singled out because I am a cancer survivor.”
