How likely are you to recommend Memorial Behavioral Health Center in Jacksonville?
What patients say on Google
“They won't answer my calls. I have to have family call and they always answer the numbers of my family not mine. The therapist says she calls but never does and if she does it only rings twice. And they told me to call the hotline to talk to someone if I miss my appointment. But it won't count as an appointment. I call and push 4 and they won't answer for 20 plus minutes. Or until it's too late. I've received a letter saying I don't answer the phone. How can you answer if they only l a t it ring twice?”
“I have been going here for 2 years, for regular counseling and group therapy. I've been to other places, but this one really has been helping me. Not only are the counselors friendly and educated, but they are up on their resources as well. They gave me a book to read about what I was going through, they have reccommendations for jobs which is how I got my current job. They are really there to help you! But you have to want to help yourself as well.”
“Thought it was a place that would help my sons emotional and behavior problems but instead they gave him the opportunity to turn family members against one another. This was a totally voluntary decision I made to seek help and in return it's gone the opposite direction and he has had 4 different people in the last 1 year half two years so no one really ever gets to know the true him !”
“My counselor fell asleep on me .And the recipient's was very rude .”
