“outpatient psychiatry gave me a hard time when it came to registering. said i could send my forms to their email address only for them to tell me later that they didn't get anything, and they were kinda rude about it when i asked why it's happening. would not recommend --please find a better place.”

“I’m here to 5 star because it seems like people are confusing the inpatient facility with the outpatient office. I’ve been a client for approximately 5 years. I cannot say enough about my therapist Jennifer Tinker & my psychiatrist Tiffany Audlin. They are a dream team. The office staff are on the ball and pleasant.”

“My grandson is currently in the emergency room , psychiatric facility awaiting a bed to a local place such as Shepherd Pratt. He has been waiting now 3 days . He is crying and begging to be moved because the staff ignores him and there is no one to talk to . When you try to talk with the staff , or have questions, they ignore you or become offended that you ask them anything. I won't say all of them but several of them lack education, kindness and compassion. They should not be working with children on this floor. They look at me and treat me with contempt. As if they are angry with me for my child being there.I am so sad for my grandson and pray that he gets moved soon and gets the help that he so desperately needs . Some of these staff members should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely no integrity and they know it !!”
