“So 4/14/26 I had already called and achieved NOTHING so dropped in at the Warrior wellness center and requested help to get in to the patient portal... to speak to my son's Dr(in habersham) she put my email in gave me a flyer w/ QR code to scan... fruitless!!! 4/15/26 I took lunch and ran to the cleveland office and requested assistance... I wish I got her name the receptionist at the first window at 12:00 pm was AMAZING‼️l had some things going on was feeling really desperate needed to discuss with my sons dr!! She pulled out the info binder downloaded the app!! Helped me reset user names and all that stuff... we discussed our kids!!! She really treated me like you would wish to be treated!! Was very professional!!! Literal life saver!! Thank you so much again!!”
