What patients say on Google
“The provider did not send me or have me fill out any paperwork, regarding my medical history. I was not given a confirmation call, text or email before my appointment. I was not provided with ang guidance at all, after I made my first appointment. I had to call the office and ask how I would be notified and be able to attend my virtual appointment. The provider was 12 minutes late joining the appointment. He insisted I conduct the appointment on my cell phone, instead of my laptop. This made it impossible for me to write down and take notes for my own benefit and records. It also meant that every time he asked me for information on my phone, it caused issues and interrupted the video call. We could not see or hear each other at those times. He had a clear script he was following. He was not interested in what I had to share, regarding my conditions, treatments, what has been effective and what has not. When I tried to give him the name of my therapist, he cut me off and told me he would get that information later. He never did. He was only interested in refilling the medications I had been prescribed most recently by my last provider, despite the fact that I told him they did not help me. When I tried to explain my situation, he continually cut me off and would not listen. When I tried to tell him what combination and dosages of medications that I was on from the provider who had me fully stabilized and the healthiest I have ever been, he ignored me. When I tried to get the forms to fill out my medical history and request my records from my previous providers, I never received it. I have been seen by some great providers and some not so good. This person was the most unprofessional and disorganized provider I have ever worked with in any specialty or in general practice. The fact that he has gang tattoos showing on his neck did even more to add to my concerns and lack of faith that he is competent in his job. I was supposed to have a full hour for this initial consultation. The virtual session began at 4:12 pm and he ended the session at 4:47 pm. Unless my math is incorrect, that is 35 minutes, not 60. I understand that they are busy and probably overbooked. I don't expect to get the entire 60 minutes, because they need a few minutes to enter case notes. However, I should have gotten 50 minutes in reality. I was treated like he did not care about me. The one other time I had this bad of an experience with a provider, that provider turned out to be a pill mill. That is how this experience was. I will be calling the office manager to request a different provider and explain my reasons. If I cannot be given a different provider in this group, I will find another mental health clinic to get the help and care I need and deserve!”
“My psychiatrist is friendly and listens to my opinions and needs. They genuinely care about my wellbeing and I don’t feel like I’m just walking talking money to them. The app is easy to use which is nice for me as I try to limit contact with actual people as much as possible due to my issues. I moved from another state and a long time psychiatrist and was super pleased my new psychiatrist didn’t try to change everything and listened to what I thought. I really like this place and my new psychiatrist.”
“It was a great opportunity and Convenience for me to be able to have a video chat call. The date, time, and quality of the call was excellent. My doctor was on time to the event and was very thorough, We discussed medication and before we ended the call, I received notification from my pharmacy that they were working on the prescriptions. Rescheduled a follow up appointment. Everything went as planned.”
“At first, I was a little skeptical of the people that were helping me out. I felt a little bit weird when the main doctor passed me off. That’s the way I felt. But I got a beautiful psychiatrist that it’s helping me out. She’s wonderful and I also got help by a psychologist that he’s great also. This office is a little bit disorganized. I can tell you that much. I think it’s because they have so much people working and they’re not all on the same page. Well that’s the way I see them. But they’re pretty friendly. They’re pretty nice. You just have to be a little bit patient”
