“I was referred by my primary physician to be tested for ADHD. Setting up the appointment they asked if I wanted a therapist or psychiatrist, I requested a psychiatrist. Upon arriving for my initial appointment I was seen by a family nurse practitioner which is not what I had requested for my appointment. She proceeded to ask some standard questions and acted confused at every answer I gave. This provider clearly did not read my referral and was apathetic to my concerns. The appointment lasted 5 minutes and the provider said “we will not charge you for the visit” and sent me home with an online ADHD test to do. They said they would reach out after my completion of the test and discuss my results. I completed the test months ago and never heard anything back from them. Lo and behold I receive a bill in the mail for services I did not benefit from. Stay far, far away from this place. They will dismiss your concerns, lie to you, and genuinely do not care about their patients.”

“Go elsewhere if you have Medicare. They have no idea how to deal with that. After more than 18 months, my mom is still getting billed. She is now in Hospice. Maybe they'll stop sending bills after she's dead.”
