What patients say on Google
“I genuinely can’t begin to explain how much this team of clinicians and staff changed my life. I came to them during one of the hardest periods of my life, after spending so much time trying to find some relief from the sadness, grief, and trauma I had experienced over the last year. From the very beginning, everyone here was incredibly patient, kind, helpful, understanding, and caring. Over the course of my treatment, I got to know each of the techs, and that honestly became such an important part of my experience. They were always patient with me, listened when I had questions or concerns, helped me through anything that came up during my appointments, and genuinely made me feel cared for. I never felt like I was just another patient coming in for treatment. The providers were equally amazing. I felt listened to, supported, and like the people taking care of me actually cared about how I was doing, not just whether I completed my treatment that day. I’m moving out of state now, and one of the hardest parts of leaving is knowing I won’t be coming here every week anymore. I am eternally grateful that I got to experience what it feels like to have a healthcare team that cares for their patients as much as this one does. I truly don’t think I’ll ever forget the role they played in helping me get to where I am today. ❤️”
“Retaliatory behavior from staff. The front desk manager is also not the friendliest. Dr Haq is personable but also very forgetful and not really on top of it with my standards. A lot of the staff members are pretty ego driven and miserable or something. One staff member even tried to give me an opened water bottle once….during my Spravato treatment thinking I wouldn’t catch on. I could go on and on but I wanted to give this place a try but am pretty disappointed.”
“I am extremely thankful for Dr. Haq, and the entire team at McLean Neuropsychiatric Clinic. I feel truly fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated professionals in my journey toward healing. Their support has been life-changing.”
“I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment I first called to my ongoing treatments the staff has been nothing but helpful and supportive for my journey. The staff is awesome and very welcoming and helpful. 5 stars!”
