“The staff always goes far and beyond and yet Jamie still somehow supersedes that even in a matter of minutes. I love the staff at the counter, I geek bar for them as they put up with to much from patient's most is the time.. just hope we all can realize they're just doing they're jobs and they cannot do everything... it's a system like everything else.. so please be kind to them all.... I really like them and highly respect the way they are with us,.. Vera, mzMary.. oh my the others named arts in the top of my tongue and can't hey it or.. but it's been s long day. But I'm hopeful you see what I'm trying to say... kindness goes a very long way 🙏”

“Truly wish I could rate these people lower. Wanted to argue on whether I had a copay or not. Was referred to them that was a waste of a referral. I felt through the entire new patient appointment that I was being brushed off. Out of some of my medications and they were supposed to take care of them after 3 business days I reached out on the health portal and that was a waste of the me they haven't even read the message. Now I'm am sitting on hold waiting to see if they are going to do their jobs this is after waiting a week. If you are in a mental health crisis please avoid this place. The supervisor's make excuses for why things weren't handled.”

“Never answer the phone, supposed to take the Care credit card as it says but doesn't, and have to go up there because they don't answer the phones”

“Very unprofessional. You have a whole bunch of young ditzy women at the front desk. My appointment was at 1:30 I was there till 5:30, and didn’t even get what I was supposed to get done because the obgyn didn’t know what she was doing. Her name was Kayla. I sat in the lobby until 2:30 and once I finally got called back into the room I sat in there till about 3:45 until a “doctor” finally came in. She then left the room again and told me to wait there until she came back (she never did) she made me miss my labs. The main reason I was there. I walked out the room and went to find her and all she was doing was laughing with another “doctor.” She totally forgot I was even there. All they do around there is TALK and LAUGH with each other. They do everything but their jobs. I won’t be back.”
