What patients say on Google
“I’ve been here twice. The front desk check-in is smooth. Quick easy process. Very Polite staff. The Dentist I seen there is a kind gentleman, very honest and professional. I wanted my wisdom tooth pulled same day I walked in and he made sure to let me know it wouldn’t be safe to do so. I’m happy I took his advice. Came back after rescheduling and received the same exceptional service. And they take my insurance which is a huge accommodation because a lot of Dentist don’t leaving me to pay out of pocket.”
“I visited this facility today, 01-10-2025. The staff were awesome, special thanks to Amanda as well. Sometimes it's how you present yourself, how you treat these staff members in these facilities, talking down and treating members of staff badly that may cause some persons to say they had a bad experience. Workers are humans too. People should always remember that for every action there is a reaction. Treat people how you would want to be treated. Medical staff are simple humans and should be respected as well. Don't be quick to judge and make bad reviews, as I am very aware that their job is not easy. I myself work in healthcare, and as much as I love helping my patients, I also do not like to be disrespected, and of course the disrespectful customers are the ones who are always quick to complain. Thank you guys again; my experience was a good one.”
“My experience here was beyond amazing, the staff was very kind and outgoing. And Dr frazier was so sweet, attentive and caring. My grandma sees a lot of doctors a few times a month for health issues but this was by far one of the best experiences we have had at a doctor's office. She has been seeing Dr. Frazier for years and now my first time taking my grandma and meeting the doctor and the staff wasn't disappointing at all. Can't wait for her 2 month follow up. Thank you so much for making doctor visits less stressful!”
“The only reason I’m putting one star is because a negative amount of stars isn’t an option. I was bringing my kids here a few years ago because we were looking for a pediatrician near where we lived. From the first visit, the staff in the receptionist area were extremely rude. You were never greeted when you went to the desk to check in. They were either on their phones, holding conversations amongst themselves, or even SLEEPING! I’ll never forget, one day my husband took our son to his appointment. He stood at the receptionist window and the woman sitting there never looked up from her phone. When he said something to it, she sighed and rolled her eyes. At that point, he just left and we never returned. I got a call that day from the only nice nurse there to say we missed our appointment. When I explained what happened, she was so frustrated and apologized. But at that point we were finished and finding another office. Although that one nurse and Dr. Sims were great, the rest of the staff were so horrible that we couldn’t return. So we do NOT recommend at all.”
