“Im a regular patient here they rules or regulations are if you don’t have any insurance they don’t really care about you. I come here to get my regular prescription authorization by a doctor medication that I have for over 7 yrs and I have to come every time I need a refill with a specific doctor only and today I was 2 minutes late before my appointment and they didn’t take me until the next appointment that I have to wait another 2 hours and I told them I’m only here to get a prescription refill so they don’t care about you and they don’t listen of what you have to say or do..”

“I've been coming here for my youngest daughter and no complaints but this past visit was by far the worst for my older daughter. My daughters school physical appointment was at 2:15p which we arrived at 15 mins prior time like 1:57p. I expected to be called back maybe 15-20 mins after the appointment time because this place is rarely on time with appointments, it was 2:50p almost an hour of waiting I finally go up to the front desk girl and she bumped me to the next person seemed though she didnt want to speak to me and knew that I had been waiting for an hr. Spoke to the gentleman and told him I has been waiting and he apologized ans tried to moved my daughters appointment to an other provider because the doctor we were supposed to see what very backup. Which would have been nice to been told. Seems like the front desk workers could care less. Then I waited another 30 mins finally to finally have my daughter called back. Very very frustrating seeing people come in and called back after us. Then on top of it when called back talking to the nurse THEN waiting like 20 mins to speak to the doctor to have my daughter school physical. This is ridiculous luckily I could wait this long but unprofessional. No apologies from any of the employees besides the one gentlemen in the beginning. Felt like the employees could care less and were just a file. Literally a 2 hour and 30 mins visit! What's the point of me coming in 15 minutes prior to deal with this nonsense.”

“Can't believe that we got a day notice about my wife's doctor isn't going to be available until the fall. My wife and I just saw her two weeks ago and is due to give birth in about 2 months. This problem could have been addressed more quickly instead of a day before our next appointment. That's not the part I have a huge problem with. The bigger problem is they keep recommending her to see another doctor that we have expressed on numerous occasions,that we will never see again due to bad and unpleasant experiences. Still no solution to this problem which, in my opinion, is absolutely ridiculous! Be professionals please.”
