“I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment in advance, but when I arrived, I was told that they had no record of my appointment. When I search for this location and select “Book an Appointment,” I am directed to Zocdoc, which is exactly where I scheduled it. What was even more frustrating was that the receptionist informed me that they no longer contract with Zocdoc. If that is the case, why is Zocdoc still being offered as a booking option for this location? Patients should not be directed to a scheduling platform that the office no longer uses. I followed the booking process that was provided to me and even took a few hours of PTO from work and drove 35 minutes to make this appointment, only to be turned away due to an issue that was completely outside of my control. This was a significant waste of my time and extremely frustrating. This booking issue needs to be addressed immediately. If the office no longer works with Zocdoc, the option to schedule through the platform should be removed so that other patients do not go through the same experience”

My son felt unheard and "looked down on" throughout the session. The doctor seemed more interested in their paperwork than the human being sitting in front of them. It’s hard enough to get a teenager to open up; having a professional shut them down like this was a major setback.”
