“My biggest issue with the care I was provided was that despite always being scheduled for 30 minute appointments, she never once spent a whole 30 minutes with me. Even when I would clearly be really struggling mentally. I would say *maybe* 17 minutes on average. Though it did vary. Beyond that, I don't think she asks enough questions during appointments. I don't feel she really ever directly evaluates how patients are doing over time in terms of the severity of their symptons. At least in my experience. Not the worst care I've ever received in terms of medication management. But definitely nothing special either. Mediocre quality service, overall.”
