What patients say on Google

“I’ve been working with Dr Hasan for years now, she’s a wonderful psychiatrist and has a kind-yet-no-nonsense energy I so appreciate. She encourages a whole person treatment approach, and helped guide me to include quality sleep and exercise as a part of my journey to fantastic mental health. The office as a whole is also great. Scheduling is easy, I am always seen exactly on time, appointments are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“Dr. Hassan is a physician that cares about your progress and has a no nonsense approach to getting you better. She invests time in figuring out root causes of your symptoms. I look forward to every appointment with her. Best psychiatrist I’ve had in my 30 years of treatment.”

“I do not recommend Dr. Hasan. She is an incredibly rude and unempathetic person, and I had a traumatic experience with her that negatively affected me for a long time. I was seeing her for medication management and explained that I have a history of being very sensitive to side effects. When I then told her I was having a hard time constantly trying and failing all of the different medications I was being given, she immediately lashed out. She shockingly told me that I should live in a mental hospital, ordered me out of her office, and said she wanted nothing to do with me and to find another doctor. This was easily one of the most distressing experiences I've ever had. I never expected a healthcare provider to lash out so aggressively just because I was complaining about severe side effects from my treatment. I will never forget how she treated me. And judging by many other reviews, I’m not alone. For your own sake, stay away.”

“My experience with psychiatry has been such a chore over the past few years. Finding the right person and business is challenging enough. Making appointments and the anxiety that comes with socializing, Melissa’s (the front desk lady) communication skills regarding my appointment times and follow up phone calls for any cancellations was top notch. She is always a pleasure to talk to rain or shine! I’m actually starting to look forward to my visits.”
