“Rocio was cordially welcoming to me & my developmentally delayed son who has autism. She also was cheerfully cooperative with a complex arrangement of our in-person interview being combined with a phone call from my son's co-guardian, who is a nurse with neurological drug experience. Rocio carefully went through all my son's previous psychiatric prescriptions and made some suggestions for adjustments, conservatively recommending that we make single changes in order to more accurately evaluate the effects of each. After the appointment, Rocio sent me a thorough summary of the recommendations and reasons behind them. Rocio followed this up with telephone calls both to me and the nurse at my son's care organization to provide reasons for some modifications in the original plan. She also contacted my son's neurologist to ascertain that the pharmaceutical adjustments were clear and acceptable and that new plans for future treatment coincided with my son's neurological situation. Professionally Rocio was careful, thorough and clear; personally she was warm and cordial. An excellent experience!”
