“The office keeps changing what's required of me. They did not explain that my ACOM letter was a one time deal until a year later (I was on a wait list for 1.5 years for a specialist) so it cost me my employment because I could not drive safely, but they would not assist me. They frequently mistime my prescriptions so that there are gaps in my schedule. When the issue is on the pharmacy and not on them, I call for them to send the prescription to a pharmacy that can handle it, they tell me "will do" hang up and then not do it. It's ridiculous. I have a legitimate disability and receive the service I'd get in a McDonald's drive thru most of the time”

“Horribly unprofessional and unaware of his own staff and management been there for almost 10 years and I think I’ve been seen by him two times otherwise bounced from one staff member to the next and good luck getting anyone in the phone when you call with any script needs or changes in scheduling or concerns about billing or for anything really, you’ll be on hold forever and get someone different every time who doesn’t actually know anything about you and you have to repeat recycle and feel used for a quick 6-8 week paycheck that goes straight to Trivedi’s pocket with no services rendered. Think to yourself after…was that worth the $300 appointment fee you just put in there pockets. I’m mortified for the client patient service that is Florida medical health and behavioral psychology now Orlando health Dr TRAVEDI specifically has been my primary since 2016 and never have i been more disappointed, uncared for, unheard, listened to or humanized, way over charged and under serviced by a physician or medical practice than I have with this group of practitioners and under his leadership, he’s been of no help either. I wouldn’t recommend him or his overall practice and or group of managing staff to my worst enemy. The call center reps have more professionalism than the actual staff whose supposed to be providing the medical care and support. I’ve been in client service, sales and finance solutions management for 20 years and I would never in my lifetime treat or care for my client this way or without a care in the world if I kept them or threw them away like yesterday’s trash. I feel awful, frustrated and disappointed and so embarrassed for him. his patients deserve much more at $300 an appointment for a 5-10 min telemedicine call with a member of his board certified staff LPRN APRN ( which I truly liked the most recent gal I had for the last year or so-too bad the office staff and communications and lack there of has ruined that for me)collectively as a group practice and TRAVEDI himself Should be ashamed and reported to the medical board with the level of professionalism poor service and communication and overall medical practices and patient management satisfaction, management and quality control and patient communication as they have made me feel like a piece of trash after almost 10 years of loyalty and doctor loyalty pretty awful and now back in another challenging position to find someone new to trust if that exists nowadays”

“I have been seeing Dr Trivedi for 2 years now. I deal with anxiety, depression, PTSD and ADHD. Dr Trivedi is extremely knowledgeable in his field and he listens to your concerns and he is very kind. I am extremely happy with him and his other care providers and have felt better than I have felt in years. The office staff is amazing. they are very kind, extremely professional and they respond promptly to your needs. I would very highly recommend Dr Trivedi and his staff to take care of your mental health treatment.”
