“I hade scheduled an appointment with them over the phone and then the day I called to just double check they tried telling me I didn't have one and that I was a no show 3 moths before that month when also 3 months before that they where even informed that I was in inpatient rehab also when I did go there still they have you wait in the waiting room for about an hour even if you come in 10 minutes before your appointment time and even send other people in ahead of you just so you're sitting there for an hour no matter what”
