“They are always kind and efficient . I have always been treated with respect! UPDATED REVIEW: I feel I owe it to anyone who is or has ever needed a place like Mathers. I was essentially “kicked to the curb” as the main doctor was retiring . I was told that they will no longer accept my insurance ( personally paid PPO insurance ) so it would be cash…IF they get a doctor with any availability. I was made aware of this when I came in for my usual monthly appointment. They had new office staff and something was just not right . I did get an entire 30 days to find the type of doctor I needed that was accepting new patients. Needless to say, I went without for six months. No calls, no checking up, no referrals and definitely no HELP. I was a paying/insurance patient for five years. I always paid my copay , I was always respectful, honest, stuck to my plan and was never anything but gracious. I appreciated being treated the same, in return… Until I wasn’t.”

“Great staff! Very kind and friendly! The psychiatric practitioner that I see is amazing and listens! She gives great advise and I feel like she works with me. I've experienced treatment where I'm told what to take and to make huge life altering decisions without realizing the consequence or the complex nature of the request-regardless of negative side effects but here I feel like we work as a team in collaborating my treatment! A+++”

“First of all, the receptionist, Michelle, was completely rude and disrespectful from the very first time we spoke on the phone. Secondly, I was told that the doctor would send me a link to a video chat at the time of my appointment and to NOT reach out if shes late because "sometimes the doctor is running late." So I wait for 2 hours, during my own work hours, and never hear a word from anyone. I send her an email and she says, "since you didnt reach out earlier we are considering this a no-show and keeping your $100 deposit." This place feels like a scam to me. Now, I have to spend more of my time calling people to try and get my deposit back because this is completely wrong and unfair treatment. I feel like this company is taking advantage of me and I would definitely not recommend to anyone. **This was originally a 1 star review but I changed it to 3 stars because Bre from billing was very kind and professional and admitted they made some mistakes on their end and refunded my deposit. I thought it was important to update this review with the new information.**”
