“Complete disappointment!! Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks prior went over all this information gave all the insurance information. All for me to show up on the day of my daughters appointment and the front desk person said I remember seeing you in the system but I’m not sure what happened you just aren’t there at all anymore. No one is going to see you today. Took off work for no reason, lost that pay when I could have been at work!”
