I owe a huge THANK YOU to you, La Nessa, for recommending the practice to me and for being so supportive throughout my entire experience. Even when I forgot to schedule my next appointment, you still made sure I was taken care of. You reached out to make sure I got booked, followed up with me, helped me with any technical issues, sent extra reminders, and made sure I knew about all the different ways I could attend my services. You are so patient, understanding, and genuinely willing to do whatever you can to help us WIN. 🏆 You make me feel like my well-being truly matters and like I’m not just another patient. To me, that’s what caring for the patient’s needs really looks like. It’s more than just providing a service..it’s making sure people feel supported, remembered, and cared for throughout the entire process. This practice is so flexible, professional, and intentional when it comes to patient care. “This place is not good for me and my anxiety. I waited 30 mins for in person visit, 15 mins for tele visit. They parcel out meds so you have to visit and pay again after 10 days. My phone calls go unanswered . I went there due to TD implications and they prescribe me meds that cause the same problem and would send BC/ BS necessary docs to cover my meds although I told the NP they would require this. Well I’ll be up until I find better care.”

“They deadnamed me all the time before I got my name straightened out with Medicaid, which was a real hassle. I legally had changed my name, but we kept getting the runaround with Medicaid when trying to update my medical records, so I kept getting deadnamed at this practice. Unacceptable. I thought the problem was resolved completely, and hadn’t been deadnamed here in almost a year, but I was deadnamed at a recent appointment when the psychiatrist was reading my deadname off a medication bottle. No one told me it wasn’t entirely updated with the medication provider. My ex-partner was also repeatedly misgendered when I mentioned them. I am done with this practice! I will cancel all future appointments. I do not recommend to anybody else who uses a preferred name or is LGBTQ+. ~ P PS: I know my damn mother said that I wasn’t cancelling. But please terminate my care. I am cancelling all future appointments. ~ Polly Yazmine Weyer”
