How likely are you to recommend Marshfield Clinic?
What patients say on Google
“Due to the Dietary department/Heidi Topping, my PCP asked me to find another provider as she did not feel supported and her lack of communication. I spoke to Larry S. in dietary about the lack of communication from Heidi as I had sent her a message 19 days prior with no response. He blamed me for this. I tried for months to improve the situation and get better communication from Heidi but I was met with great resistance from her and the department.”
“I like my doctors that are here they are all really nice! My orthopedic surgeon for my wrists was the best! Wish that they had a better way of telling you which entrance is best one for you to access where you are going. Parking is a bit of a nightmare for handicapped drivers & those who have trouble walking distances. Small parking lot for main area where everything is makes no sense.”
“Took my friend for a procedure. Staff was very nice. MD/no personality or bed-side manner. RN/CNA was an angel; very helpful & kind. Thank you for being good to my friend.”
“Security will record info from your car for no reason. They will do this right in from of you as if you are a criminal. I parked my truck for my appointment in the lot across from main clinic early in morning I did not park in staff only parking I parked in visitor lot. Before I could even leave parking lot I see security by my vehicle writing what I assume is my license plate and data from my vehicle. It bothers me because if I went and stood in front of his vehicle and recorded his plate I'm sure he wouldn't like it. This incident isn't the first either I received a parking violation once because "my car looked familiar" I do not trust them and I'm thankful it's not my primary care so I can avoid the place I do not recommend Marshfield clinic for that reason as the security is a joke and your privacy is not there in my opinion. I don't know what this info is used for”
