What patients say on Google

“Won't take self-referrals. Won’t see people unless their doctor is part of their system. Won't tell you any of that up front when you request an appointment, then won't talk to you when you call back to ask about your referral. How do these people sleep at night???”
Ano Nymous
“Dr. Mahmoud M Ahmed MD is a bully. No (or very little) repect for patients' privacy. Will want to start the appointment with you in the hallway so he can save himself time. Doesn't listen well. Isn't trustworthy. Seems to prescribe medications that provide him a financial incentive, even if it's not in the best intetest of the patient. He double books appointments. If your appointment is at noon. You are required to be there at 11:30. At 12:02 pm he will come out and take another person ahead of you. Signs say you can't leave the building once checked in. Furniture is out of the 80s and is drastically in need of an update. Receptionists are friendly but this doctor is a "really not a good doctor."”
Andrew Powers
“Don't bother to call, haven't accepted new customers in years. Last time 9 month waiting list, if I was lucky.”

“Can't even get in for appointment..my daughter has seen a counselor 2 years ago however to see her again they only have 2 days available Tues or a Friday only time is 10am..I work in Healthcare myself it's not easy taking days off.. they make any exceptions of doing it on a Monday or Thursday when I have off or even after 2pm.”
