From the moment we arrived, the process was efficient and seamless. He spent less than five minutes in the waiting room before being triaged and receiving treatment. The staff moved quickly to obtain labs and imaging, and the results came back promptly. Every nurse we encountered was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The excellent care continued after he was admitted to a spacious room on the Medical Unit, where the staff remained responsive and compassionate throughout his stay. We are extremely grateful for the outstanding care my father received and would not hesitate to return to Maria Parham Health if the need ever arose. The Bridges dropped her off and told her she could not come back to the facility, so these wonderful people treated her like family. I had an appointment for an X-ray and the intake staff was very pleasant. I was happy at how prompt they were in getting me into the radiology dept for my X-ray. All of the radiology staff team members were friendly and helpful. They also took the time to answer questions that I had.
