How likely are you to recommend Manna Treatment?
What patients say on Google
“They have really gone downhill... You pay for professionals, yet right from the start, you’re seen by students... Now, the people conducting the interviews are either students, recent graduates, or professionals with no experience—yet you still have to pay the same fee for the appointment as if you were seeing experienced professionals. I’ve returned here because I had been undergoing treatment for depression and anxiety since 2022... and now that I’m back in the city, I’ve come back to continue my treatment. In the past—right from the very beginning—you would be seen by the DOCTOR herself; if she deemed it necessary, she would immediately prescribe your medication. Now, however, that’s not the case. First, you have to go through the students—there are two of them—who are clearly still learning, and they are the ones who conduct the initial interview. They told me that I would need to return to see a nurse to administer the medication... In other words, they already knew exactly what I was there for, as I had made it clear. I accepted this and went ahead. Next came an appointment with a NURSE (who, I must say, was very kind, empathetic, and had a wonderful vibe)... But even then, I still couldn't receive my treatment, because it is the DOCTOR who ultimately decides whether or not to authorize it. This means I have to pay for *another* consultation just to go back and receive my treatment, simply because the DOCTOR requires my most recent general blood test results. Why—if the students knew I was there specifically for treatment—didn't they inform me that I needed to have my blood tests done in order to receive my medication?.... Now I have to spend even more time just to receive my treatment, all because of so much unnecessary protocol—whereas before, the doctor would directly conduct the therapy and prescribe the medication herself. Given that this is a mental health and wellness center, how is it possible that they have my full medical history on file, yet still fail to prioritize it as they should? It seems that paying—paying, paying, and paying again for every single person they make you see—is more important to them than the actual mental well-being of their patients... It is simply inexplicable. In the end, the whole experience leaves you feeling even more anxious, frustrated, and depressed—ironically, at the very place where you were supposed to find a solution for those very issues... They just keep adding more hurdles that leave you feeling even more frustrated. really?”

A wonderful, top-tier treatment center.”
“As a Pagan/Wiccan, I just want to say this place is amazing! My therapist, Vanessa, is the most patient, kind, and compassionate therapist I’ve ever had the honor to work with. I came to Manna feeling broken, lost, and depressed from the traumas and challenges I had faced in life. I wasn’t sure if they would see me due to my different beliefs, but with mutual understanding and respect for our boundaries, they welcomed me. I couldn’t be more grateful. Vanessa has been a godsend. She has helped me navigate some of the toughest situations in my life, both big and small. Whether it’s being just a text away during an emotional breakdown or scheduling last-minute phone calls when I have no one else to turn to, Vanessa consistently goes above and beyond. She even meets with me virtually if I can’t make it in person, ensuring that she’s there for me in any way possible. What stands out most is Vanessa’s respect for my beliefs. As an ex-Christian who has experienced religious abuse, I was anxious to discuss my spiritual beliefs. However, Vanessa has never pushed her beliefs onto me or made me feel uncomfortable. In fact, she has been an example of how good Christians can be—respectful, kind, and genuinely caring. The team at Manna, including Vanessa, has supported me both in my healing journey and my financial situation. They prioritize my well-being and have helped me understand myself without shame or guilt. They have truly saved my life. Manna is a place where people from all walks of life can come together to heal, regardless of their beliefs. While I had to confront my own pride and make small compromises, like putting my religious jewelry in my pocket or in my car, it was worth it to ensure a comfortable space for everyone involved. Reading a negative review from another Pagan brought me to tears, but I hope they find healing elsewhere. We often hurt others when we are hurting ourselves. We can coexist with an open mind and heart, but it starts with practicing kindness and accepting others who are different and have boundaries. Being mindful and kind is always free! Whoever reads this, please take care of yourself and don’t be too hard on yourself today. You’re doing your best, and that’s enough. You are strong, for you are fearfully and wonderfully made!”
