Malvern Treatment Centers- Willow Grove

“Well what i find disturbing is that the day I left and went to my transitional living , i only had 3-5 days of my medication..... this is unacceptable. Based off the fact I was told by their "medical" professionals i would have at least a 30 day supply of my medication. I was very frustrated and this just complicates problems for me . The facility is decent and was a decent experience . But remember is it rehab.”

“433 days ago I walked into this treatment center scared nervous, but ultimately I had a goal. This place was welcoming. The staff was nice, respectful and intelligent, very compassionate, and patient also, The cooks the counselor’s The Doctors, the day-to-day staff even the janitors were all nice and helpful and respectful. Anyway, the place was always clean. I was always respected. I was able to get the help and treatment that I needed and after let’s say about 25 days day, I was discharged with a treatment plan also with numbers and addresses that I might need help with outside of the treatment center. My appointments was set for me before I left making it Easier for me when I got home I thank everyone there”

“I was there in June and I have managed to remain sober, thankfully. But this facility was awful. We had drain moth larvae (imagine tiny worms crawling around) in the shower. Mold everywhere and urine smell in the rooms. Housekeeping does a lousy job. It was triggering to me to be in filth, and it reminded me of being homeless, that’s how nasty it was. I would advise against anyone coming here who really needs a program. Look into other places first.”

“I loved Malvern. Their counselors, their techs, and the groups especially helped me a lot. I am 7 months sober since July 13th, and I can say Malvern helped a lot in that. Thank you so much!!!!!!! I have established life long friend connections because of that place. I will never forget when they helped me out when my cigarettes got stolen.
