“I saw Taylor for a few sessions. She was pleasant and did offer one helpful suggestion, but overall, I didn’t feel like I was getting much out of therapy. During my intake, before we really discussed what I came for, she mentioned she could refer me out if needed. I’m sure that was well intentioned, but it made me feel uneasy that early on. I was hoping for deeper insight and frameworks that I could apply outside of sessions, especially around some sensitive and complex experiences I was trying to process. Instead, I often left feeling cautious about going deeper and unsure of what I was actually getting from the sessions. I also had trouble getting timely responses from the front desk about scheduling. Ultimately, this wasn’t the right fit for me, and I wouldn’t return”
