“IF YOU ARE NOT AN ACTIVE PAYING CUSTOMER AND TRYING TO TRANSFER CARE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUR YOUR WELL BEING After an event where I collapsed and had memory loss I was referred to this office. The care itself was very good and helped. Around a year later, I had moved for a new job. After moving, I had an upcoming 5 day work trip and was out of refills. The doctor was apparently on vacation and the office refused to refill it without a meeting and REFUSED TO DO A TEMPORARY EMERGENCY REFILL. They were literally going to let me go cold turkey off my medicine because of the timing of the doctor’s vacation, and then ghosted my texts about this. Because of how unacceptable this was, I decided to transfer my care to a local doctor and this was the following correspondence: Me: When convinient would you please be able to transfer records to here? I was referred to a local one by my therapist here to handle meds. Thanks!! Response: Thank you for contacting Main Line Psychiatric. We are sorry to have missed you. We will be in touch! ⸻ Me: Hello, can you transfer these records for me please? Response: Thank you for contacting Main Line Psychiatric. We are sorry to have missed you. We will be in touch! ⸻ Me: Can you confirm if you are able to do this? My appointment is today Response: Good Afternoon! My sincere apologies for the wait. The doctor is out of the office today due to illness. I’ll remind her of this request once she’s back. ⸻ Me: No worries, thank you Response: Thank you for contacting Main Line Psychiatric. We are sorry to have missed you. We will be in touch! ⸻ Me: Hi, just wanted to confirm these records have been transferred Me: Can you please confirm this request? I have asked 4 times in the last 2 months now Response: Thank you for contacting Main Line Psychiatric. We are sorry to have missed you. We will be in touch! ⸻ Me: If is important that my psychiatric records are had by the people currently treating me where I live. It doesn’t seem like this is being taken seriously at all. ⸻ Me: Can I please get an update? It has been 2.5 months since I have asked for a simple records transfer. ⸻ Me: This is completely and absolutely insane. I appreciate the service provided while I was there but this is actually mind boggling. There are sensitive records about life altering medical events that you possesses, I am begging you to do your job and get them sent to my new provider. Please tell me what on earth I need to do to make this happen ⸻ Me: I just counted. I have now asked eight times in the past two months. I have a legal right for my records within 30 days, this has been flagrantly violated. I will reach out to third parties to figure out my options if this is not done on Wednesday February 4th. Thanks. And no response. I am currently undergoing a complaint filed with the government to get my own medical records. These people quite literally will ghost you with no care for your medication or records once they are no longer getting 200 dollars a session from you. Despicable and wouldn’t let any loved one get care here.”

“Love Yourself enough to NOT BOOK WITH THIS DOCTOR! I'm not sure why this doctor has multiple conflicting information for this one practice as she is the only doctor working independently as Dr Taliba Foster for Mainline Psychiatric. My personal experience with her did not go well at all. You have a hard time reaching her for general questions or concerns unless you pay $175 for 20 mins. This almost cost my child a hospital visit the first time and second time, he did go to the hospital. I also looked into the position she said she had with CHOP and didn't find her as a current employee. Then out of nowhere, a refill on medication was needed since she only gave my son a one month supply and she ghosted my family. Legally I find out that no doctor is suppose to drop clients they are currently treating out nowhere. we are talking about a family of two people that were her patients, one being a child with Autism. As a parent and human, I'm at a lost as how she is a doctor? Thats no way to treat paying clients or even a child like this”

“Doctor Foster is one of the best Psychiatrists I've ever had...She listens very well and I enjoy our time together. She is flexible and understanding to the patient and easy to get along with. I recommend Dr. Foster and her staff to all who are seeking help.”

“Needed medicine and care, and was essentially ghosted. After one telephone call never received any more communication. Unprofessional.”
