“I went in for blood work this morning. I was waiting outside at 6:50 when "John" (who, it turned out works in check in) came to go to work. He said, "You don't have to wait outside, come on in." He said, "It will just be a few minutes before we get organized and start." It was only a couple minutes and John checked me in. He was so friendly, professional, and helpful. I went to the lab and "Barb" came out all smiles and brought me in. WOW! have never had such a good stick. I honestly didn't even feel the needle go in. There was no "Pinch." Barb was extremely professional, compassionate, friendly, and was amazing with the blood draw. On the way out, (I didn't catch her name) a blonde lady at reception came up to me and apologized. I wasn't sure for what. She said she didn't greet me when I came in and hoped I didn't think she had been rude. She had just broken her toe. Ouch! She wanted to tell me good morning and to have a great day and apologize. Say what? Who goes out of their way like that today. I explained that no one has even been rude to me at this facility. Everyone is so nice. And I certainly didn't even notice anything when I walked in so she had nothing to worry about but wow, it was so nice that she came out from around the counter, greeted me on my way out and explained. I don't quite understand some of the negative reviews on here. I've always found that people here go out of their way to see that my experience is great every time.”

“Had a CT SCAN on May 26th 2026. And still no results back as of June 10th 2026. 15 days and counting. I will no longer use this facility or any other Mainline imaging facility. I will go back to Penn Medicine and get my results in a timely manor.”

“Today was a day from hell.... I confirmed my appointment THE DAY BEFORE ONLY to say it's CANCELED when i pulled in the parking lot. They REFUSED to tell me why it was canceled.... then all of a sudden they needed to see proof of residency when it wasn't an issue for 2 years at ANY MLH location UNTIL TODAY... why DIDN'T my pcp ask for it? Why DIDN'T Lankenau ask for it? Why didn't Paoli hospital ask for it? I had to get a foot xray for podiatry appointment Monday, made me limp out to my vehicle to get it, come in and needed it scanned TWICE. LACK OF COMMUNICATION 🤬”
