“They don't even deserve 1 star, I am so upset I called and made an appointment and talked to two people on the phone about wanting a wellness exam and they didn't even take the time to make a note of it in the record/computer. One was a receptionist and one was a mail nurse then Laquita Bain was so rude and didn't seem to want to help me at all, telling me they are too busy and only have 15 minutes to see a patient and she would not increase the celebrex my old pc provider prescribed me and I am in pain because three weeks ago I had an ablation for my neck and it didn't work. She just didn't believe in prescribing that because of possible problems that don't apply to my situation and she was just so rude the whole time like I was wasting her time and in reality she was wasting my time and didn't want to do anything for me other than to add me to her list of patients, I have never been so poorly treated by a medical professional in my whole life,vI am 58 and a very polite person so I called UHC and told them to please put my old pc provider back on instead. I explained to them that I was walking and needed to make sure that I didn't have to take the trip twice. My old primary care is great and the one I had for years before that was great, I didn't know that going to a new provider could be this terrible. Just because they are busy and don't care to care for my needs. So mad, because I never get upset at people like that she was so rude and so obviously did not care, like she's paid well to do!!! What an insult what a waste of time and nothing got done except weight blood pressure and billing of course!!! They should not get paid for that terrible of an experience! What happened to compassion and real good care, not here! Too busy!!!”
