“I was referred to here by EAP and they reached out to me the same day. I attempted to schedule a first visit and I asked them to give me just 2 minutes on the phone to address something. They hung up on me. I attempted to call back and they didn't call me until 3 business days to let me know they sent the referral back due to "no availability". Absolutely beyond frustrating to hear back at the peak of the week that they haven't done anything. Leave a message or something especially if you haven't done anything.”
