“Called this number to make an appointment with Lifestance. They asked what insurance I’d be using I asked IF Medicaid was covered, they said no. So I said that’s fine I have Optum United Healthcare private insurance, I can use. The lady completely refused and rejected and said because I STATED I had Medicaid they wouldn’t be able to move forward with scheduling. How can you reject treatment to a patient that has the insurance to be seen over something that was STATED? Wow. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I know now never to seek treatment from this center and not to recommend it to anyone either.”
